The President of the BACW’s Bidding Commission hereby informs that, the TECHNICAL PROPOSALS of the bidders FREQUENTIS and SAAB were ACCEPTED and QUALIFIED in accordance with the requirements of the Invitation For Bid.

Notwithstanding, the bidders shall be inquired about their right to appeal to the Technical Proposal phase.

If both bidders waive their right to appeal, the Bidding Commission shall open the Commercial Proposal (Envelope 3) on December 5, 2018 at 1 p.m. (EST) at BACW.

If the bidder do not waive their right to appeal, or if no communication is made, the participating bidders shall have 5 (five) business days from the announcement of the technical proposal results to present any appeals to the technical proposal phase in accordance with Clause 27 of the IFB

       In accordance with clause 12 of the Invitation for Bid 174013/CABW/2017, the Chief of the of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that the solicitation for the contracting of STERILIZATION SYSTEM (CME), including all support for executive project development, lay out, installation, operational and technical team training, assurance and technical support during all process of physical structuring, installation, validation in accordance with the solicitation package is RAFITIED and AWARDED to BESTWAY with the GLOBAL PRICE of USD 1,913,792.00

The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that the BACW shall carry out a Bidding Process, to be awarded based on the LOWEST GLOBAL PRICE, for the provision of operational management services and 3rd level maintenance services on AE3007 engines, their LRUs and accessories, installed on C/VC/E/R-99 aircraft, as well as potential delivery of 1st and 2nd level services, as described in the solicitation package

(“BACW”), hereby notifies, to whom it may concern that the solicitation for the reform, repair or overhaul services for repairable components of avionic components installed on a fleet of 8 (eight) P-95M aircraft, including the supply of necessary material is RAFITIED and AWARDED to AEL SISTEMAS with the GLOBAL PRICE of USD 4,064,063.22

The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BACW shall carry out the REPUBLISHING OF THE BIDDING PROCESS, to be awarded based on the LOWEST UNIT PRICE, for the contracting of 268 flight simulator training hours, without instructor (DRY), and Simulator Operators Training (IOS) for 4 instructors, with availability exclusively to the GABAER pilots, in the VC-2 (EMB-190) aircraft, according to terms, quantities, price limit and other applicable requirements established in the solicitation package.
