On March 18, 2019, the Bidding Commission released the results of the Qualification Phase for the Bidding Process n. 190011/CABW/2019.

Therefore, the Bidding Commission presents the following erratum:

Where it reads:

“Based on the aforementioned results, the participating bidders shall have up March 25, 2019 at 10:00 am (EST) to present any appeals to the Qualification Phase, in accordance with Clause 31 of the IFB.”


Shall be read:

“Based on the aforementioned results, the participating bidders shall have up March 25, 2019 at 3:15 pm (EST) to present any appeals to the Qualification Phase, in accordance with Clause 31 of the IFB.”

The President of Bidding Commission of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 – USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the bidders: AEROMOT; SIKORSKY/LOCKHEED MARTIN; IMP AEROSPACE; AEROPRECISION; AEROMAX; MTI AVIATION; AIRBUS; and S3 are QUALIFIED in accordance with the requirements of the Invitation For Bid.

Based on the aforementioned results, the participating bidders shall have up March 25, 2019 at 10:00 am (EST) to present any appeals to the Qualification Phase, in accordance with Clause 31 of the IFB.

If no appeals to the qualification phase are presented, the open session for opening the price proposal of the qualified bidders shall be on March 27, 2019 at 9 a.m. (EST) at BACW.

If appeals are presented, the Bidding Commission shall proceed as described on Clause 31 of the IFB and a new date for opening the Price Proposal shall be appointed, after the appeals are duly answered.

The Chief of the Brazilian Aeronautical Commission in Washington D.C. (“BACW”), located at 1701 22nd Street, N.W. - Washington, D.C. 20008 –USA, hereby notifies, to whom it may concern, that the BIDDING PROCESSS to be awarded based on the LOWEST GLOBAL PRICE PER BATCH (ATA – Air Transport Association of America),­ for the provision of services, to include the calibration, renovation, recovery and/or overhaul, exchange of repairable components, technical publications for repairable components, exchange in order to meet scheduled and unscheduled inspections for COMAER aircraft C/P-95, C-98, F-5, T-25, T-27, H-60, P-3AM e C-105, fulfilling the demand for production of repairable items at the Aeronautical Material Depots, including additional services, as per technical specifications and quantities provided in the Invitation For Bid shall be POSTPONED due interest of the Administration.

Based on that, the open session for the receipt of the Qualification Documents and Price Proposals shall be held on February 26, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. EST at the BACW.
